EYFS
Nursery
In Nursery children will receive one play based home learning activity per week. The home learning activity will reflect the current topic. This will be sent out via Evidence Me.
Please take a photo or video of your child doing the activity and upload it to Evidence Me.
In Nursery your child will also receive two reading books per week.
Reception
In Reception children will receive two pieces of homework a week on Evidence Me. One will be topic/ literacy and the other will be maths.
Our homework is mostly practical and reflects our play based style of learning.

In Reception your child will also receive two reading books per week. One will be chosen by the class teacher to reflect their reading level and the other will be a book of your child's choice.
KS1
Year 1
Every Friday children are sent out
- Spellings
- a piece of English work that is linked to the weeks learning
- a piece of Maths work
- twice a week children get banded books ( Tuesday & Friday)
- Once a week children get a book of choice (promote love of reading)
- through Evidence me children will get a creative project once a week.
Year 2
- We will set weekly spellings which we test at the end of the week.
- daily reading at home with a family/friend for 20 mins daily
- a weekly maths task that will reflect the weeks math learning
- English/ Topic weekly homework set based on weeks learning.
- all homework will be uploaded on Evidence me.
